Start a survey in the Android app. Enter a site name, then add the address and customer details when useful. Your work is saved on the device.

Open a survey and choose Take Photo. Add an observation or room when ready. Open Photo markup to draw an arrow, line or ellipse; save your changes to retain the original and the annotation.

Choose Add Note and use dictation. Allow microphone and speech permissions when asked. Review the editable text before saving. Speech recognition and network requirements depend on your device; you can always type instead.

Add an area and open Smart Sketch. Use a quick rectangle or enter walls in order. Confirm each dimension and review the completed room. A sketch supports your site record; verify dimensions before ordering materials.

Turn on your Leica DISTO D110 and Bluetooth. In Smart Sketch choose Connect Laser, select your device, take a reading and confirm the correct wall. Manual entry stays available if a connection is interrupted.

Sync the survey, open Reports in the web portal and prepare a report. Review its source, summary, recommendations and limitations. Save, preview, then finalise the reviewed revision and download its PDF.

Open a survey and prepare a quotation. Work through Proposed Works, Prices and VAT/CIS. Check the customer, exclusions and terms, review the preview, then confirm and finalise. No quotation is automatically sent.

Continue capturing in the Android app without a connection. Keep the application and its saved data installed. When connected, check your account and sync status. Review any conflict before choosing which revision to keep.

Sign in using your admitted, verified account. Open Surveys to review a site, Reports or Quotations for documents, Company profile for defaults, and Account for your access status. Replay the short guide from Settings.

Sign in with your admitted, verified identity. Account shows your organisation, role and access status. Verified lifetime founders do not need payment details. Public registration and payments are closed.
Use Settings → Help to replay the short portal guide. You can skip or pause it without losing work.
