What is Survii?
Survii helps tradespeople capture site photographs, notes and measurements, then prepare professional reports and quotations. The working Android app and private web portal are being tested in a restricted founder pilot.
Who is Survii for?
Tradespeople, surveyors, contractors and property professionals: from plumbing and electrical teams to builders, facilities managers, decorators and maintenance companies.
Can I use it on my phone?
The Android private-alpha app is in founder testing. The web portal supports desk-based review and document preparation. Public downloads and registration are closed; iOS availability has not been verified for launch.
Can I take photographs during a survey?
The Android app can capture photographs, organise them and add markup while preserving the originals. Website previews are illustrative and do not access your camera.
How does voice dictation work?
Native speech recognition produces an editable note. Optional trade-aware formatting tidies clear construction quantities; you review and correct the text before saving. Recognition availability and network requirements depend on the device and its configured speech service.
Can I create quotations?
The web portal supports a three-section quotation workflow: Proposed Works, Prices and VAT/CIS. Company defaults supply repeated wording; advanced pricing is optional. You review the scope and prices before finalising. The public example creates no saved quotation.
Can I access reports from a computer?
Admitted, verified founders can sign in to the private portal to review synced surveys and prepare reports and quotations. Workspaces remain isolated by organisation.
Can I keep surveying offline?
The Android app retains surveys, photographs, annotations and measurements on the device while offline. Sync through your admitted account when connected. Conflicts need review instead of silently replacing saved work. Dictation may have separate device/network requirements.
When will Survii launch?
A public launch date has not been announced. Survii is in a restricted founder pilot. Prices remain proposals; public registration and payment collection are disabled.
Which Bluetooth laser is supported?
The Leica DISTO D110 has been physically verified by the owner. You review received readings before assigning them to a wall. Other models are not promised, and manual measurements remain available.
Can I subscribe now?
No. Survii remains a restricted founder pilot. These are proposed prices for review, and public registration and payment collection are disabled.
What is the Early Access proposal?
A server-controlled offer for the first 100 eligible paying organisations is prepared. Eligibility, reservation, price-lock and rejoining terms still require owner approval. It is not an open or active promotion.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The prepared model retains access until the paid period ends after scheduled cancellation. Existing survey and document records are not automatically deleted. Final commercial terms and recovery arrangements must be approved before launch.
Do founders need payment details?
No. A verified lifetime founder grant is independent of subscriptions. The account page shows Founder — Lifetime Access and does not ask for payment details.
Are Connected integrations available?
No. Connected is a future plan proposal. Xero, Sage and QuickBooks integrations are not available to purchase or use.
Are these prices final or VAT inclusive?
No final commercial prices or tax presentation have been approved. Monthly and annual amounts shown are proposals; tax treatment and terms will be confirmed before any public purchase is possible.
