Use the contact channel supplied with your founder invitation. Include what you were trying to do, the app version and a screenshot if useful. Leave passwords, tokens and private customer details out of support messages.
Keep existing surveys and photographs in place. Do not uninstall the app or clear its storage as a troubleshooting step.

Account data or deletion
During the pilot, request an account review through your existing owner contact channel. A review request does not immediately delete records or cancel billing.
